Websites for Google's Larry Page and Matt Cutts show these guys have computer science degrees and shows no information these two know anything about running competitions and training. Yet, Cutts job seems to involve judging the relevancy of backlinks while Page set the page rank algorithm Google often accuses domain owner's of attempting to violate. Does anyone at Google, or working for any other search engine, know anything about running?

I work hard on Xsmo.com. The last thing I need is some kook who has no clue what they are doing and is inexperienced and uneducated in the subject matter of Xsmo.com making decisions about the accuracy and relevancy of Xsmo.com's content and hyperlinks.
Search engines, you proffered the idea of link relevancy. So you say what links are relevant or not before websites make such links live to their audiences and your search engine's crawler. Search engines, it isn't hard to setup a way for domain owners who do not want to be assessed an SEO penalty to query your staff.
I picked running for the above example. For how many industries are personnel from Google and other search engines making decisions and assessing penalties on the relevancy or phoniness, i.e., negative SEO, of backlinks to the website?Since I authored this article, many have contacted me of having their webpages diminished or deleted by Google after hyperlinking to websites or webpages with similar content or subject matter to their website's content. If doing your SEO via Google's search engine, get ready to be penalized by Google's staff who may have no expertise in your website's content or subject matter.
